Crypto bull markets don't announce their end. They just start to drop, then rally, drop again, and keep this cycle going. Are we in a bull market or have we landed in a bear market? Let's talk about it.
When a bull market ends, there's no big announcement. Prices start to dip, then rise, giving us a glimmer of hope. But then they dip again. This cycle continues until we realize, months later, we're actually in a bear market.
Just a few days ago, Bitcoin was almost at $100,000. Everyone was excited, thinking the bull market was back. But then, North Korea allegedly hacked Bybit and the market plummeted.
Now, Bitcoin is struggling to break the $100,000 level again. It's on a downward trend, and we can't seem to get that higher high. But it's not just Bitcoin that's the issue. The altcoins are struggling too.
Altcoins are showing the same pattern, lower lows and no higher highs. It's frustrating, and it's starting to feel like the beginning of a bear market. We keep hoping for that one pump up, but it never comes.
Let's talk about Solana. It's currently trading at $138, down 50% from its high. People are saying this could be the end of Solana, with massive unlocks coming up in March. Could it drop to $100? Or is this just FUD?
Despite the frustration, it's important to remember that markets are cyclical. There are ups and downs, and right now, we're experiencing a down. But that doesn't necessarily mean the bull market is over.
