Three things that you want to get right if your goal is to maximize impact in Web3 in 2024. 

Let's start. 

1 - Information

Winning in web3 is about being close to information. 

If you read about something on X, it’s already too late. 

You must be in a place where information flows, and interesting stuff is happening. 

You want to know what is taking off, what you should build and be close to people that you can build it together with. 

Before everybody else heard about it. 

That place can be digital or physical. 

Physical - Dubai, New York, Singapore, London 

If you can’t afford the rent yet, go digital. 

Digital - Token Titans. 

2 - Assets

You need to be able to bring something to the table. 

Big hint: it’s not money. 

Titans don’t invest, they trade skills against tokens. 

So your assets could or one or all of the following: 

• Skills. You know how to market, educate, operate web3 things. 
• Distribution. You have a community that trusts you, that can help you to get initial traction. 
• Network. You know people that know people. You can connect people to new people and are known as “the connector”. 

Usually those three go hand-in-hand. But that's for another Titan Letter. 

3 - Time

As a reminder, web3 is not about when you can buy but how long you can stay. 

You are not forced to leave the space. You have enough savings or enough cash flow from a very time-in-expensive vocation. 

You can talk to people and build out your community. You live cheap, and you have 16 hours every day to grow your MVG or platform. 

The ones that failed in the previous cycle were all focus- and time-poor. 

Teams that were building five projects at the same time and all of failed. 

Founders that were building in both web2 and web3. 

That's it.
